Mushrooms and Bok Choy with Oyster sauce - Serves 4
Ingredients
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
10 small Bok Choy or 4 large Bok Choy
(small sized–leave whole or split in half)
(large need to be split into four)
300gm Button Mushrooms
200gm sliced Oyster Mushrooms
200gm sliced Shiitake Mushrooms
4 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
Directions
- Heat oil until very hot in a large frying pan or wok
- Add mushrooms and bok choy, toss until wilted (about 3 minutes). If using large chopped up bok choy, cook the stems for 2 minutes, then add the leaves for one further minute
- Add the oyster sauce and sesame oil
- Toss through
- Serve immediately
- Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
